Keep track of your reading, and win prizes! The PTA is raising money and showing that PS 230 LOVES TO READ!
The Read-a-thon is a fun competition to see who can read the most minutes in two weeks. Win prizes for reading the most, or raising the most money!! You can ask friends and family to donate to the PTA, to celebrate your reading.
You DO NOT have to raise money to participate - readers can just participate for fun! Money raised will help our community with food, arts programs, and PTA events.
The top reader and fundraiser in each grade will win a gift certificate to Barnes and Noble. The grade who reads the most will win a pizza party!

You should have 3 papers:
1) the reading log
2) the pledge sheet
3) a flyer explaining the read-a-thon.
